Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long will my goodies take to get delivered?
If you bought products which were not on back order, you will normally receive them within 3-5 business days. We do however make use of external courier services and unforeseen circumstances might delay the delivery in certain cases.
2. How do I track where my parcel is at?
Depending on the shipping option chosen, you will be notified with a tracking number as soon as it is on its way to the delivery location.
3. What happens if my products are broken when they arrive?
This will almost never be the case as we take the utmost care in packaging your products with utmost care so they will get to you safely. However, if it does happen that one or more of the products have been damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the broken product so we can arrange a refund in the form of a coupon you can use with future purchases. If you would chose only to have the product refunded, we will send it to you and carry all shipping expenses to do so.
4. What if I want I refund on my purchase?
As we sell consumable items, we can unfortunately not refund any items which were opened, unless it has reached its expiry date within 7 days after purchasing, or if the product was damaged during the shipping process. Please note that adequate photos are required as proof of any such event taking place. In the case of the product being in an unopened usable condition a refund may be made at which we will carry the delivery costs, and refund the customer with a coupon for future Hamba Health purchases.
